Gone in to store not sure exactly what type of bed I was looking for ( apart from needing 2 drawers) . John was really friendly and helpful and asked a few questions to understand what I was looking for/ what type of mattress I preferred and actively encouraged me to lie on beds and try each out.

The staff were so good that I would recommend to anyone who was looking to buy a new bed or mattress to head straight to dreams

Great service received from Pedro in Edinburgh. He was knowledgeable, gave us great advice and gave us time as well as space to test out the beds.

I had looked on line and wanted to see the bed before I purchase it I also had my daughter with me tohelp me decide

I visited the store twice when deciding to make my purchase and both times I was welcomed at the door by the store manager John and both times offered tea or coffee. We looked at the mattresses with the use of a different pillow from the display which was must more comfy, we also discussed mattress protectors and then 40 day guarantee. John was very knowledgable and even split the delivery so I could receive my mattress earlier as the bed frame would be a longer wait. He also advise me to extend the warrantee of the bed as it was only covered for a year and they additional cover was for 8 which will means I won’t have to worry.

Kevin listened to what we needed and ran us through the options available to us. His knowledge of and clear descriptions of the differences between the mattresses made it much easier for us to make a decision. He was very keen to meet our needs rather than just concentrating on selling us any old product. He made it quick, easy and pleasant for two people who really don't like shopping.

The store is well laid out and there are plenty of products to choose from. Pedro, the salesman, was very helpful and displayed good product knowledge. He was attentive but not overly so, leaving us to peruse the products once he’d answered our questions.

The different mattresses were explained and we had the chance to try them along with a selection of pillows. Our questions were all answered fully and in a helpful manner. This is not the first time we have shopped at Dreams and would return again for any future purchases.
