Pedro was very helpful in listening to my requirements and answering all my questions clearly. He was also good at problem solving and got out his tape measure so I could see how a bed would fit into a room. Very friendly and attentive.

Spoke to Godfrey day before my order. Had made order a month previously but realised on 11/11/17 needed another new bed for forthcoming housemove as daughter’s Ikea bed too long for new house bedroom. Last experience ordering our new bed in Oct so good phoned on 11/11 to ask if poss with quick delivery. Godfrey & John (manager) opened store early for me on Sun 12/11 to accommodate early order. Both incredibly helpful. Thanks!
