Godfrey was absolutely lovely. We saw the bedroom set we liked and he gave us lots of helpful information as well as catalogue with similar items to choose from. He also gave us all of the delivery and assembly information up front to help us make our decision. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Dreams to friends.

Jess, our assistant was helpful but not pushy. She asked what we were shopping for, explained the layout of the store and invited us to look around - she said she was available to answer any questions and she'd catch up with us after we had browsed around - a very helpful attitude - there is nothing worse than an assistant following you around a store - desperate for a sale. Jess got it just right. When we were ready to test out beds, she was knowledgeable, and gave us various options after listening to our requirements - she provided pillows to try (which we eventually bought). All in all a great experience provided by Jess.

Warm welcome to the store, offered a cuppa told to have a look and let him know if we had any questions, instead of the usual sales tactics of non stop talking and questions! Once we told him what we were looking for he showed us a few different frames that matched our preferences and then when we found a mattress we liked to go with our frame he even told us about one with the same specifications for a few hundred pounds less! Brilliant customer service with no pressure!

An assistant spoke to me shortly after entering the store. I said what I was looking for and she pointed out my options. Very quick to order once I'd made a decision.

Godfrey went out of his way to help us, not only in picking products but also in suggesting a deal which would suit us. I will definitely be looking to speak to him next time I'm in for furniture.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to look at our needs and different price options. They were helpful and understood our requirements. We went to 2 store and this was our experience in both, so it was great. Also the payment options, extras and the quality of the beds was excellent.

The shop assistant was very helpful and took time to explain all the different mattress types too suit our needs.He also offered us a choice of drinks.
