From walking into the store to leaving it we were looked after and not in a pushy way very helpful staff members it was Godfrey who helped us and answered all our queries very happy with our purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered

We were greeted immediately with the offer of tea or coffee and Jess explained how to start by lying on the 5 different colour coded beds. this made the whole process much easier and quicker. Jess was very helpful in helping up stick to a budget and finding the mattress that suited our sleep patterns the best.

Very well presented store with assistance available without being pushy. Were spoken to the moment we arrived but able to look around ourselves and given help the moment we were ready.

The assistant took time to properly understand my needs, and ended up recommending a product which was significantly under my expected budget.

From the moment I entered the store the service was of the highest. I was listened to and then given advice. This was my 86th birthday, I was with my daughter and there was humour amongst the help.my mobility is not good and I suffer a fair amount of pain and this was given consideration. I could not be happier with the service to date. I thank the staff for this and look forward to having my new bed.
