Chererelle was amazing! She was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we stepped into the store. We got to use the Dream Machine that would recommend mattresses for our body types, received drinks (and even my mother-in-law got one too) and expert guidance when walking through the shop making our DREAM bed and mattress come together. I really could not find fault with any of the aspects of our shopping experience at your DREAMS store in Edinburgh (Seafield Road). I would highly recommend this to all my friends, family and colleagues for an honest and quality guaranteed trip to a bed and mattress specialist.

Met by David M. He made us very welcome and was very knowledgeable about products. He did not pressurise us into buying but gave us sound advice and spent a lot of time with us.

David M was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were telling him which made the time in store alot more comfortable and desirable.

Godfrey was extremely professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. It is very rare to receive the attention I was given. Godfrey was kind and patient and I cannot thank him enough for all the information he gave me about the beds which would suit me.

H Cherrelle and Godfrey were a great help when we were looking to buy a new bed,matress and bedroom furniture, both very knowledgeable and helped us choose what we wanted.

We were welcomed and taken care of immediately and offered the use of the the sleep technology machine to identify a suitable range of mattress. Assistant explained everything in detail, but also gave us time to explore the recommended beds without rush or interruption. We left the shop to look at other options and came back to purchase at dreams precisely because we felt we had received excellent service and it made us feel confident in our choice. Our sleep expert was called Cherrelle (162) and she could. It have been better. We came back to make our purchase precisely because of the way she did her job.

Staff were really efficient and came straight over when we entered the shop. They listened to what we were wanting and matched our needs with a lot of care and attention. They didn’t put us under any pressure and gave us the time we needed to think about what we wanted and whether we were going ahead with sale.

Cherrelle helped us with our shopping on Sunday. She was super knowledgeble on all of the frame/mattress brands and took the time to explain to us fully all of our options. She was very friendly and patient in allowing us to test (and re-test!) various matresses before making our final choice. She was also incredibly helpful when it came to the delivery/payment process and tailored both the delivery and the payment to our desires. We had a very positive experience with Cherrelle and think she is a credit to the store! Thank you Cherelle!
