Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We were greeted as we walked in by John, he checked we knew what was in the shop and guided us to what we wanted. We were even offered and made a cup of tea! Very friendly and helpful, whilst not being over the top with the service. John told us the deals available and made us feel very confident in our choices. Thanks John!

Godfrey was really excellent, knew his stuff and helped us to find the right mattress and bed for us.

Godfrey ( Seafield store Edinburgh ) was knowledgeable polite and helpful. He was very patient whith our little boy and understood our needs.

The sales person was very good - knew the products and took time to find out what we liked to ensure we found the right mattress. She fetched pillows similar to the ones we use at home so we could get an accurate feel for the mattress and also advised to us to remove outer coats - this was not something we had done in previous shops. We actually spent a little more money on a mattress than we had initially intended but feel that it was worth it and that we have found the right one.

Jess took the time to go through the different mattresses even though we’d already seen one we liked in a different store, she still showed us ones in our price range. She also showed us different colours of the bed frame we liked and let us have our own look around so we could discuss the options.

Kevin was very courteous during our visit, nothing was too much trouble

Staff in store were very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery team were professional and kept good contact as to when the delivery would be made.

My girlfriend and I had excellent service when we went into your Seafield store in Edinburgh. The Dreams staff were attentive and helpful without being overly intrusive.
