John was very helpful and informative and made sure I made the right choice when purchasing my mattress. He took time to let me try out several mattresses and explained the difference in them before I made my choice. The other members of staff where very friendly and Kevin offered us drinks too.

giving my personal circumstances as to why I had to purchase a bed I thought the sales man was kind and thoughtful also understanding as to why I needed a bed asap. over all I was extremely pleased with my purchase

Both Kevin and Godfrey were both wonderfully helpful and made me feel very welcome.

I found the Salesman Kevin very friendly and had a good sense of humour, very professional.

We were shopping with two toddlers so we expected it to be a chaotic visit and didn't expect we'd have the opportunity to make a decision or purchase but the staff that morning were great with us - our salesman in particular had kids of his own and was amazing with them - he brought them water, offered them a chocolate, some colouring, didn't mind that they wanted to run around and didn't make us feel awkward when our 2 year old decided to have a tantrum - it made the experience unstressful and we were able to be free to have the time and headspace to make a decision and purchase (superking ottoman; headboard; warranty etc) there and then. Great service. The included free pillows were a lovely touch at the end of the sale too.

Godfrey was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Made the process very easy.

The reason I was highly satisfied was o have used Dreams before and never had a problem so having no problem before I decided to use you again. And again I have been completely satisfied

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams today because of Jess - she provided excellent customer service, wasn't too "pushy" and she makes lovely tea :) she couldn't have done enough for us and made us feel relaxed and answered any questions we had regarding the bed, ways to pay and delivery. We looked at other places after Dreams but decided the price of bed and high standard of customer service at Dreams encouraged us to venture back and make a purchase. Thank you Jess!

The staff were welcoming, listened to our needs, made relevant suggestions where appropriate. Were not over selling products or putting any pressure on us - we were even given coffee as we browsed and tried different mattresses/beds! All the information was explained well indicating differences between products. All in all very helpful & Positive. Thank you

I accompanied a friend , who wanted to look at Mattresses. I was not thinking of buying one myself, just going in with her. While she was being attended to, I wandered round a bit, and eventually tried one out myself. I liked it, and was offered a couple of pillows by an employee, very friendly , and then very naturally and politely included in the discussions with my friend. I asked a Question and was given a polite and sensible answer . I remembered my own mattress had pretty well had it, so tried the one that was on sale , at a more sensible price , and really liked it. We were offered coffee, enjoyed a lot of friendly banter, but I was always impressed by the patience and professionalism of the Staff. They did not rush to close. I bought mine. My friend still cosidering hers....the entire experience was Fun.
