Jess was patient, friendly and attentive, without being pushy or 'sales' focused. She listened to all my concerns and took on board my expectations. She took the time to really help me choose the bed that was right for me. She was incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. The store manager John was also friendly and helpful. The team in this shop really work well together as a team! I was offered coffee and snacks too. Which was a bonus, but not expected on my part. I did take a very long time to settle on which bed to get, and Jess never once made me feel like I was wasting her time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bed. Besides the customer service, they had a wide selection of beds so I could really figure out what I wanted.

I was assisted by Godrey whom I found to be extremely helpful in not only informing us about our choices but making us feel welcome and giving us sufficient time to try out all the relevant mattresses we needed in order to make a decision. Overall I found the customer service impeccable and I would absolutely shop in Dreams again.

I've been in the Seafiled store a few times having bought our previous bed there and the service is always first class. The staff seem very knowlegable about their products and are very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our first bed frame and it was resolved no problem at all. Sent a guy round to see if it could be repaired properly, which it couldn't, so they ordered a new replacement straight away. That was after 5 yrs, i did take the extra warranty but it lasts for 8 yrs and is very good value IMO. My experience this time round has been similarly positive and nice to see the same faces there over a number of years, i think that says something positive about Dreams as a company! 10/10

The Sales Assistant Jess was very helpful and had a good knowledge on a couple of the bed frames that we queried. She was unsure of a couple of questions but she undertook to find out and returned promptly with an answer.

I was given enough information and enough time to make a decision on the product I wanted to purchase. I didn't feel pressurised at any time to make a decision, and was treated with courtesy and efficiency throughout the experience.

Quality service from Kevin Campbell & Jessica Murray at Seafield, Edinburgh. Their friendly, personable approach and their knowledge of the products was very helpful and we appreciated their patience with our questions. We were so impressed with them as they also made it an enjoyable experience. Because of Kevin’s personality & quality service we wanted to return to his store to give him our custom although we do have a store a little nearer to where we live. Jessica deserve great praise also for her lovely manner to us as customers.

both staff in the shop, godfrey & jess, despite being busy with other people found the time to help & answer questions, its impossible to staff a shop for the peaks & troughs of the day but both staff seemed to manage to get round everyone as far I could see & offer assistance where required
