Hi, There was only one gentlemen available when i walked in the shop and despite him already serving another customer he welcomed me and pointed me in the right direction for what i was looking for. He also made me feel at home and even offered me a glass of water! I could not fault godfreys service or product knowledge - he explained everything i needed to know and im more than happy with my purchase and I have the correct mattress for my back pain. The only thing I could fault your company on was the staffing level - however godfreys proffessional approach made up for this! All in all great customer service and I feel he done exceptionalyl well given the circumstances of low staff levels and high demand.

I purchase a mattress from my father who is 83 and in a wheelchair both my parents came to the store, the staff were fantastic helping us all with the choice and understanding my fathers needs. Superb experience thanks to all the staff at Seafield Edinburgh 10out of 10

Your staff [Godfrey] were top drawer, nothing was a problem, all questions answered, his knowledge of the products was excellent. If I may say, all of your staff are a credit to your company, so polite and efficient. My wife and I will most certainly be back and also recommend to our friends to shop at Dreams. I would also like to say the delivery and building of the bed by Martin and Michael was excellent and very efficient. Dreams has been a very refreshing experience all round and treat customers like human beings and not just a pocket to empty.
