Kevin quickly approached us as we got into the store . He quickly explained the layout and variety of products he has . His exceptionally excellent customer service was very high standard and he’s the best advisor out of all the other shops we been to and that includes going to the other dream store in Edinburgh Straiton where the other advisor was not enthusiastic like Kevin . Which made our experience highly satisfactory because of Kevin

Went into Dreams Seafield Rd in Edinburgh and the service from the team there was brilliant.Although the model I was looking for was discontinued in store, Godfrey showed us very similar one we loved straighaway. He advised us on the best deal that suited us and we felt no pressure to buy. We are very happy with the purchase, the price was great, the quality is outstanding, the bed is very simple, yet elegant and very well desing.

A thorough and friendly care of attention. I was unsure of how to find the correct bed and was guided through it with great professionalism.

I am delighted to say my purchase from dreams has been superb the reason being the quality and craftmanship of the dreams beds are well finished and well made compared to other companies and my overall exsperiense from Dreams has been exceptional i am a disabled lady with cerebral palsy in my wheelchair and went into the dreams store at seafield Edinburgh the staff was very helpful indeed i purchased a luxury ottoman and tempur hybrid mattress also two tempur pillows and matinense plan i spent £2.600 in total well worth it. Team were very friendly and welcoming. Offered a lot of help but didn't pester me. Offered a drink on arrival while we looked which was excellent customer service. Were easy to find and quick to offer assistance when needed providing lots of detail and made the process quick and easy.

Godfrey took time to understand our needs, we have been given plenty of time and space to try on beds.

Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience enjoyable. We were offered refreshments and didn't feel pressured into making decisions.
