I came with a friend who had had a stroke. He finds it hard to make decisions and can be confused. The assistant was so patient and helpful. It made things so much easier.

The staff member was very friendly, was able to give information and he explained everything clearly. All the staff were very welcoming but I didn't feel they were overly attentive they gave us some space to look and decide which felt very comfortable.

Godfrey was knowledgeable about the mattresses and did not pressure me into making a choice. He went through the paper work making sure I knew what and how much I had to pay. Helpful and friendly staff

Godfrey was exceptional, he helped us thoroughly and had a strong knowledge of the products available. Godfrey went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience as well as getting the best deal with the products we were after. The man deserves a pay rise!

We visited the store twice and on the first occasion Frank assisted us and gave us a detailed breakdown of the three types of mattresses we were assessing.He also provided coffee, and a pillow compatible with our preference.On the second visit David deal with us and once again show completely professional and knowledgable approach to our requirements. Both Frank and David gave us great confidence in Dream products and we look forward to enjoying many quality nights sleep on the mattress we purchased a |Therapur Actgel 2000

The Dreams salesperson, Godfrey, was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He greeted us on entry to the store and listened to our requirements and then explained concisely what was available. At no time did he pressurised my wife and myself but was readily available to answer any queries we had as we perused the goods available. The store was well laid out which facilitated our perusal and decision making. Concluding the purchase was swift and efficient with Godfrey giving full explanation during each step of the process. We were highly satisfied and would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and colleagues.l
