We were left in peace to look at all the stock and when we had questions John was full of knowledge.

The manager John was working alone and was able to take timeout to acknowledge all the customers that were in the store. Answered all the questions we asked and was able to explain his experiences with some of the different mattresses.

Godfrey was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire experience, despite us walking into the store a half hour before closing on a Saturday. When I explained the type of bed we were looking for, he knew exactly which one would work for us and fit our needs. We wound up starting our order just after the closing time, but Godfrey guided us through the buying process for over an hour despite needing to go home to his family. He prioritised us and made us feel valued, which we really appreciated. I do hope your employees who go above and beyond like Godfrey are rewarded for their excellence.

We had very specific mattress requirements and your staff were highly knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations based on how we were giving feedback trying out different mattresses. We eventually found our perfect one. We were given 2 store pillows to use to try out the mattress so that we could get an authentic feel. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a sale. Great recommendations on type of pillow, duvet and protectors.

Godfrey was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. His customer service was very impressive.

We were greeted on entry in a friendly manner. Product choices were well explained including benefits, prices and promotions, etc.

The salesman we spoke to was highly knowledgeable, friendly and didn't push us to any particular bed, giving us time to make a decision. Was probably the most pleasurable experience buying a bed we have had!

When I arrived at the shop I wasn't hassled by the assistant..I was asked if there was anything that I needed help with,I told the girl that I was looking for a bed for my disabled daughter and she showed me several beds ..when I asked her questions about the beds she was able to tell me exactly what I needed to know, I then told her that I would come back the following day after discussing my findings with my daughter. When I went back the following day the girl remembered me and we where able to continue our discussion about the bed I required, Which was great and therefore did not have to go through everything again. What a lovely well mannered and professional young girl she seemed, what a pleasure doing business with her .

Jessica was very helpful & was in no hurry, let me take my time until I found exactly what I was looking for.
