Excellent customer service from Cherelle. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also suggested extras such as duvet & pilows. Gave good advice in a timely manner which was great as my 3 year old was getting tired and crying!

The sales rep was very very helpful and friendly. Full of knowledge and helped me with any questions.

David was a great help...he greeted us when we got in helped me pick a bed mattress...we love shopping with dreams this is why we always come back...we were offered water tea coffee my child was also given a book to read which kept him company. David gave alot of time to think things over and helped us alot to get the perfect bed matttess

I came in late in the evening on a Friday evening and Godfrey was so welcoming and not all imposing. His overall demeanour was just what I needed that evening. He kept social distancing, he offered sanitiser on a frequent but not too frequent basis, he was careful about social distancing and most of all considerate of what I may need to accompany the sofa bed I was purchasing. He was so careful when moving around the screen when showing me what I was purchasing and offered water. I felt so comfortable in his presence.

Visit went like clockwork. No complaints. Operative could not have been more friendly or helpful. At my advanced age that was really appreciated.
