The staff were friendly and gave good advice but we're not pushy. We were allowed to take our time deciding on the bed we wanted.

Dreams store has a huge range of mattresses that cater to any need. The staff were exceptionally helpful, without being intrusive. Their knowledge was good and their guidance most helpful; staff have a great balance of seriousness and humour, making the shopping experience enjoyable.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Allowed me to wander around by myself but then offered help when I began looking over to them. Always offered me a coffee! Kevin placed my order and was very quick at finding what I wanted.
