Godfreyd was excellent, listened to our needs and gave us clear options that would be the best for us.

We were greeted at the store and made very welcome. Godfrey listened to what we were after and tried to help as much as possible. His knowledge of the products on offer was very impressive. We were then given time to check out various beds on our own which we appreciated as we did not feel pressured or overburdened by any sales pitch. We actually went beyond store closing time while we were placing our order, but again this was no problem for your staff and we did not feel rushed, although we were apologetic for holding them back.

The sales assistant (Godfrey) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I originally attended the store close to closing time on the Thursday night for an initial look around to get some ideas. Godfrey was quite prepared to stay behind past his finishing time to accommodate me. This in the main was the reason why I returned to Godfrey on the Saturday to place my order. He is a very valuable asset to the Dreams team.

Mattress was just what we were looking for and the assistance of store manager John in showing us the products which he thought would suit our needs was second to none.

Godfrey was our server/seller he was highly skilled in understanding our needs as to back problems what kind of mattress needed he was very very knowledgeable and very understanding.. he k we his stuff and spent time going though all the types and explaining every type needed for support for myself and my wife.. excellent service and a great cup of coffee

Kevin was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of time to try all the beds out he even changed pillows round for us to make us more comfortable a true assets to the company.
