Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

When we entered the store it was bright, open, with plenty of products, a member of staff assisted us immediately and was friendly and knowledgable about all the items we were interested in, he was helpful with showing us a variety of options, offered us a choice of drinks while we were looking around and advised us about options and accessories without being pushy. The products we bought were good quality and competitive in price and in general we had a very enjoyable shopping and purchase experience and I would definitely shop there again and recommend the store to others

Keith at Seafield looked after us well and went out of his way to help and advise with the mattress. I also liked that he left us alone at times but always checked back up on us to make sure we were ok.

I was looking for a headboard and the one I have bought from dreams is exactly what I wanted It is better than I wanted The salesman was so nice Pointed me to what I wanted to look at but was not over my shoulder I felt comfortable I will be needing a new bed soon and I will be coming to dreams for it

Seafield Road , Edinburgh Branch - Kevin and the Store Manager were both extremely helpful and professional and not overpowering when we were in the store which allowed for us to make up our own mind to exactly what bed we required. They assisted/advised when asked so it was an extremely calm, not rushed transaction with no pressure from the Store Staff.
