Godfrey was extremely helpful although not pushy. He explained everything to us and then left us to try out mattresses and pillows. He was knowledgeable about Dreams products which helped us to make our selection.

Both members of staff we dealt with were excellent. One guy helped us a lot on the Saturday (3rd nov) with our choice of mattress etc. Unfortunately we weren't in a positionto decide that day (so I probably lost him some commission). But we came bavk on 6th Nov and completed our purchase which was quick and simple.

Initially had talked with Kevin who provided a brochure and explained few things regarding couple of queries and also provided discount on assembly. When I returned to the store same day I spoke to Godfrey who was knowledgeable and explained well of the mattresses and let us test it out. Friendly staff

Godfrey was attentive and friendly from the moment we walked into the store. He explained the way the pricing was set up on the displays and the differences between mattresses with clarity. This was also true when he was explaining the costing, guarantees etc. I was there with my sister and he was equally attentive to her. We also received support from his colleague, whose name I did not catch. When Godfrey had forgotten to add the £20 installation fee to my order to begin with. He dealt with it swiftly, with the help from his colleague too. It was a friendly and informative experience buying this bed. Thank you!
