From entering the store, I was warmly welcomed and my queries on product(s) were handled efficiently, in a friendly manner. I was offered tea, coffee and/or water by Kevin and talked through any items of interest. I purchased a sofa bed - the only improvement would have been if the couch on show was in the colour I ideally wanted to see it in, but that can not be possible for all products and sample material was swiftly offered. This sample was enough to base my decision on, and so I purchased. I was rushing, as on a lunch break from work, and Kevin helped me order a taxi back up the road. Nice touch. Highly satisfied with my purchase but more so with the customer service and general vibe during my visit to Dreams. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Cheers Emma :)

Both shami and the other gentleman in the seafield store went over and above to help me decide on the type of beds and mattresses I required. I appreciated the fact that they were honest and didn’t push me to buy things that weren’t required. They had so much knowledge about the products they sold and made the experience an enjoyable with friendly chats and cups of tea! I found that the prices of both beds and mattresses were more affordable that other bed shops but also at a much higher quality too.

We found the whole Dreams experience most rewarding, the store layout very attractive and the range of available goods on show really first class. The sales person, (Godfrey), could not have been more helpful and his knowledge of the Dreams products was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and we were left for short spells on our own to discuss in private our own thoughts..

We were welcomed warmly by the sales rep Shami. He was very friendly and recoginsed that my wife would have difficulty with the stairs and directed us to the lift. We arrived with an idea about what we wanted. Shami presented us with several alternatives and ideas to ponder over. This resulted in us changing our mind several times and refining what we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the products and very patient with us. Made us feel relaxed in the store and put us at our ease. He also offered us refreshments while we were in the shop. He came across as a really nice, genuine guy.

This was a return visit for me . On arrival the assistant Shami was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. The manager,John was also very helpful and very pleasant . The whole store had a happy friendly feeling about it . This is the 2nd time I have bought a bed here and I would not go anywhere else . I would most definitely be recommending this store to my friends .
