Good customer service experience, was allowed to browse at my leisure and had all my questions answered. The salesman Godfrey was extremely helpful. an all round excellent experience

The employee that dealt with our purchase was called Godfrey. He was extremely knowledgeable about products and very patient with us as we choose the bed that was just right for us. As I’ve never purchased a mattress and bed before I was very glad to have his help.

The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us arrange delivery easily.

Was very quick from walking into the store to then choosing a product and ordering

Godfrey welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. Told him what we wanted, he showed us the bed, then gave us a pillow to try out mattresses. Then went off to make us tea and let us wander around the showroom until we were ready to make our purchases. Felt completely at ease and under no pressure to hurry or make a quick decision. Highly recommend this store at Seafield, Edinburgh. Godfrey an asset to the company.

We had visited several bed stores and usually had to look for someone to assist us. They didn't have the same knowledge as Godfrey. We told him what we were looking for and he took the time to show us various options until we finally made our decision.

The sales assistant was very helpful ,wasn't in the least bit pushy listened to what we required my wife walks with a stick and suffers from a bad back and took this into account when helping us.
