I was directed to exactly what I was looking for. I was left to test out the product on my own at my own pace but if I had questions it was as if by magic assistance materialized before I could blink. It was perfect.

We had previously placed an order in the same store and were highly satisfied so returned again to the same store on this occasion to place an order for a new bed and mattress, again we were not disappointed with the fast and friendly service received.

Team member was excellent, explained everything thoroughly and made a relevant recommendation Excellent customer service throughout

I got very good information from the salesperson called Kevin. I only came into the store to have a look at the beds. To be truthful, I did not think I would be purchasing them there and then but Kevin, who approached us as soon as we entered the store, was very friendly and gave me a lot of information. i originally only wanted two single beds but as the price was so good I decided to replace my own single bed making a total of three. I very much doubt I would have purchased any if it hadn't been for Kevin. I was so grateful for his help as I am waiting to move into a new home which I am renovating at present.

Your staff member, Kevin, was helpful, knowledgeable and provided what I would consider the ideal balance of offering advice and opinions when specifically asked for them but without pushing any particular product. I feel that he helped us identify the ideal product to meet our needs.

I was seen to straight away my enquiries were resolved by phone before my visit i was politely offered a cup of tea .i chose the bed frame quite easily,choices of mattress was a bit confusing,however my help from my sales assistant was second to none.also makes a good coffee.i thoroughly enjoyed my visit and purchase at dreams.

The customer service and sales knowledge were first class and helped me to choose the correct package. There was a good range of products tp try.

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more likeable and professional salesman as I did when I visited your store in Edinburgh. I can’t at this time remember his name but I really can’t praise him highly enough. He really does deserve a wage rise .
