Godfrey provided excellent service, taking time to understand what I wanted, offering good advice. He then also gave me the time and space to test mattresses without him hovering, yet when I had a question he would appear again straight away. Helpful, friendly, attentive and knowledgable but not too pushy.

Sanj Spent a lot of time with us, as initially we were very undecided. Giving us unrushed time on the computer mattress advice system , then going round explain to us the various mattresses that the computer had suggested in a polite and unrushed manner....

Highly satisfied due to the patience, friendliness and knowledgeability of Sanjeev. He listened to my requirements and steered me to possible merchandise. I am very happy with the selection made.Unfortunately deliverymcould not before 18 April. I selected the abdication linen Ash and the only niggle I have is that the headboard fabric on display was newer and a completely different material and colour to the bed base. If the inferior quality bed is delivered I shall to return it immediately. I appreciate as a dressmaker that shades may be slightly different but not the material. This was noticed by all except one of the salespersons not Sanjeev or the female manager.
