We went to the Edinburgh store on Sunday, the staff Godfrey was really friendly, took time to listen to our needs and give us suggestions and also offered us to use the machine to fund the best tension. He allowed us to take time on trying different mattresses, and let us know the offers etc. We ended up bought 1 mattress and 2 pillows. Happy purchase! I would recommend people to go the store to try rather than simply clicking the button on the web, it's easy but you may not get the best/suitable product.

Mum had recently become a widow and is hard of hearing and the assistant was very caring and made sure my mum could hear him. Made sure mum had everything she needed with regard to all the extras that went with the bed.

The salesman, Kevin, if I remember correctly, was probably the most pleasant, polite , helpful , salesperson I have come across in 10 years, he is a credit to your company.

from the moment we walked in we were met by kevin - we explained that we were looking for a king size mattress - and explained both my wife and I suffer from back problems and need advice also explained we were not buying today just looking - this didnt deter Kevin he explained the advantages of Tempur mattresses and invited us to lie on a bed and allow computer to assess our needs once the assesment was finished we were invited to lie on several mattresses - there was no sales pressure what so ever and due to the above we spent 2k on a mattress n a

My partner and I were highly satisfied from the moment we stepped foot into the store because we were kindly welcomed by the store manager in less than a few minutes wandering around the store. They gave us the freedom to roam and look around without feeling like they were suffocating and pushing the sales. When we decided to we liked the quality and price of the products we proceeded to be analysed by the bed to determine which mattress would suit both my partner and I. The whole process was explained to us very well as to how the machine analyses our body and sleep position as well as needs. The sales assistant Godfrey was great as he not only listened to our needs and terrible jokes, but he understood our requirements for the mattress and quickly built a rapport with us. He was very knowledgeable about each product and did not force us into any sales which my partner and I both appreciate. He made us feel very welcomed and made the whole process a lot easier / less daunting.
