I was looking for a couple of new mattresses before I moved to my new house and heard that there was a price promotion on. I would have bought one new mattress in time in any case. The price promotion allowed me to purchase 2 identical mattresses instead and Godfrey's assistance was critical to this, once I had outlined my thinking to him. Having purchased from the Straiton store before, I found the customer assistance better at Seafield. although that was partly due to the store being quiet on a Monday morning, Godfrey's attention to detail helped considerably.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful tried to make sure they could help me in anyway possible help me understand the purchase off my sale very understanding staff

My wife and I entered dreams. Were unaware what was best for us just looking around. Colleague came to help put us on trial to find out what was best. Showed us mattresses. We picked what best suited us. Simple effective service
