only 2 members of staff working, I didn't wait long cant remember the name of the male member of staff but he was friendly and very helpful, I was in the store no longer than 30 minutes , all done and dusted, excellent

I returned to purchase from the store as I had such a good experience when I last bought from Dreams. Godfrey served me before 2 years ago and today and he - and all the staff are great. Friendly, superb knowledge and no pushy sales pitch. Great experience and you have a bed made by Harrison Spinks (which I bought)- delighted! I was looking for something firm and natural and the Flaxby was ace. Thank you. I also feel safe with the Dreams offer to swap the mattress if I don't get on with it and I find Dreams prices really good.

From the moment my wife and I came into the store in Edinburgh we were greeted very well and swiftly. Andrew was very courteous and very understanding of our needs and requirements. We were really impressed with the mapping technology for finding the best mattress for both of us. The shopping experience was very relaxed and we were not pushed into buying anything. Andrew was from another branch in Glasgow but you would not think this, as he was calm and very methodical in his way round the store. Godfrey was very helpful as well and his knowledge was impressive. Would highly recommend Dreams to any of my friends and family. Thank you
