We were given a lot of advise on whole range if products. Felt Godfrey was very knowledgeable on all products connected to bedding.

I went in to find a bed and whilst I was in I saw a sofa bed which will be ideal for my attic space. Went back and enquired about the sofa and was shown what it was, how everything worked and was advised that the shop was awaiting guidance on whether they could get additional sofa beds in the colour I required. The Manageress advised me she would phone me and let me know outcome within a few days. She did this and advised I could have the shop floor sofa for a reduced price. Went to the store and paid for it and booked my delivery time for mid July which suits my needs. Very good service from all members of staff.

Godfrey was knowledgeable, enthusiastic helpful and witty. Once he had explained how the shop floor system works, it was easy to choose the two beds we needed.

We were more than happy with the service that we received from Godfrey, he was most welcoming and took time to discuss our best options. It was quite refreshing to not feel that you were being rushed into making a decision about something which is of some importance in our lives. We would certainly look for this particular sales person in the future should we be looking to renew bed related goods.

On entering the store we were immediately welcomed by Godfrey one of your sales team, this didn’t feel overbearing as it can sometimes be when browsing in some stores. We wanted a single trundle bed for a guest room that we had seen online but quickly realised that it would be too large! However Godfrey demonstrated another single Divan which we had seen. He then left us to mull it over offering us a coffee while we decided. We bought the bed eventually which is still to be delivered. Fantastic service!
