We were greeted by Godfrey as soon as we entered the store and he took care of all our requirements during what must have been 90 minutes or so. He was very patient and showed us many solutions after we used the Dreams assessment beds (not sure the technical name for it). The technology highlighted 5 or 6 beds for us to try and he took us around the store to test each mattress. After choosing the mattress he then spent time helping us choose the bed and the headboard. The entire process was very good and he was very knowledgable. We can only hope that our bed will be as good as the service we’ve had from Dreams so far.

Excellent service from Godfrey at the Edinburgh store. First time buying a bed and mattress and we went in knowing nothing. His product knowledge was fantastic and there was no pressure, we took our time and got the right one.
