When arriving the salesman let us have a quick look around first and then at the right time came over and asked us what we looking for. He put me on the machine to see which bed would suit me. This showed the beds that I tried out and liked. The salesman got me a pillow and let me try them with my parents and left us to it. This was good as we didn't feel pressured and could talk freely.

David was informative, friendly and dealt with my need to process the order swiftly and with good humour.

Assistant was very knowledgeable but not pushy. Delighted with the wide variety of products to suit all budgets
