We were assisted by Godfrey who was knowledgeable, helpful and not remotely pushy. We live in Yorkshire and were really just checking out when in the area but we felt tp purchase there as he had impressed us greatly

John at the Leith store was great (he usually works at Falkirk). He was the first one to the door out of the three staff stood at the back of the store to greet us and help us. From start to finish John was great, he offered us a coffee, explained the mattresses in a great level of detail but was honest in that the choice was whatever was most comfortable for us. He wasn’t pushy but told us of everything available, from the 40 day sleep guarantee to the warranty Dreams offer. We were in and out within 45 mins and were very pleased with our purchase - we even walked away with pillows and a mattress protector. Thanks John!

Very experience and knowledgeable salesman . We were greeted and on the machine to determine types of mattresses suited to our body types within minutes of arriving . The salesman Godfrey explained each type of mattress and what was suited to our specific needs . We were also offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture .

Kevin was very friendly and helpful and all the items we had seen online were available to view in store.

Godfrey was very helpful giving all options without being pushy. My main reason for such a high score is that Godfrey took me to the mattress selected by the machine then took a step away. As a female that has has other male assistants in other stores walk round and kneel down right beside me to see ‘how I fitted on the bed’ which is uncomfortable, I felt the choice was mine and with assistance given when asked not monologued.

The store manager spent time with us and was very friendly and did not mind showing different items and answering questions. She was very approachable and made a difference to our experience.

The store rep was great and not at all pushy but still managed to get my partner to go for it and buy the bed without having to try every bed shop in the country. Me very happy! Both of us super happy when it comes 😃

Experienced and informative assistant and lots of choice. Not a hurried experience and left to look at things at my own leisure.

From the door we cross the store we were very happy with the service we get. Everything was well explain how is working compare the products and choose the best quality for our budget. The staff was very nice helpful and provide professional services. I will be recommend everybody

I felt the sales man was very helpful and it was all completed very quickly over a coffee which was nice.
