Everything was explained in great detail of the various mattresses that were compatible with our bodies after lying on the new hi tech bed that would tell us what suited us

We went as a family to purchase a new bed for our son, who lives at home with us. We were approached on entering the store & welcomed. A brief explanation of the layout was given & there after we were allowed to browse. Finding a bed he liked we asked for further help & the sales lady who was also the store manager Ms Godfrey was very knowledgable & not only spoke to myself & husband but also spoke directly with our son which made him feel included in the purchase. She suggested he used the scanning machine to gain a better understanding of his requirements & then too great care to explain the choices & price points on offer. She was very professional but also easy to talk to. She went out her way to listen to our requests, gaining additional information to questions & we felt in safe hands throughout the experience.

Excellent service from David in the first instance and then because the Edinburgh Store was so busy Godfrey took over and he was simply outstanding in his knowledge and courtesy and attention to detail....all of which was very much appreciated.

Staff very helpful explains all the products available my husband has a really bad back staff where really good with us made the experience easy will definitely shop there again ,

Store manager Godfrey was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He talked me through all my options, prices and the best mattress for my needs based on the sleep testing machine. He was extremely patient and made sure to explain details and answer all my questions. Although it was a lengthy process, I left feeling like I really had made a great decision for my health and benefit. Thanks to Godfrey again for the great service.

We received a friendly welcome into the store David was very informative and knowledgable about my needs in a bed I told him about health conditions he asked me if I would like to try out the sleep match which I did and through the outcome of this he gave me a few options of mattress to try out which the first one he suggested was perfect for my needs as was the suggested pillow. It was a lovely gesture being offered a hot drink while we were going through the process of purchasing. He is a very professional sales person and made us feel relaxed on our visit to this store
