We had visited Dreams today and purchased a new bed mattress because our previous experiences with Dreams had been highly satisfied with two most recent purchases (TV Bed, bed mattress). Good service and quality products draw us back to Dreams

Godfrey was professional and attentive, taking time to understand our requirements and budget and showing us a range of suitable options. The Sleep Match system helped to identify the best options for my daughter and inform our decision based on tailored results. Whilst we were on a budget it put our minds at ease that we were making the right choice. There was no pressure and we were able to take our time and try out each bed, with Godfrey on hand if needed and he made a coffee which was a nice touch! All in all a great experience and my wife and I will be back soon in search of a better night's sleep...
