I am very happy with the service I received today, the gentleman was very helpful and also very knowledgable. He had a very high level of product knowledge which is great, during my time in the store he was very patient allowed me to try the beds and take my time, he also offered me refreshments.

Iwas so highly satisfied with the whole experience of shopping for a mattress the assistant was so helpful at pointing me in the right direction for the right mattress for me .total satisfaction.

The sales assistant Michael was extremely patient, friendly and helpful when assisting us today. He is an asset to your team.

Our experience in Dreams was excellent. Godfrey was great, he had all the knowledge and understanding and knew exactly what direction to point us in when we explained what we were looking for. He spent so much time with us going back and forth and nothing was too much trouble. We had such a laugh. We are so happy with our purchase and cannot wait for everything to be delivered next month. Thanks for all your help and assistance.

David gave exceptional customer service in terms if directing us to the right bed for us, explaining the benefits of a smart tv which was well worth the additional money for us. David recommended the electronic test to find the right mattress which recomnended a few whilst the first was too soft it did find an excellent Tempur mattress, David explained cool touch and we upgraded the pillows. We bought matching bedside cabinets and a protector. The whole experience was fabulous David even entertained the kids when we were deciding. We cannot thank hi enough, his knowledge of both the beds and technology was superb explaining he would not want to build the tv bed, we discussed the potential for damage or issues in future so went with the build service and cover. David is an excellent ambassador for the store and dreams and hopefully you could read this out at the next team meeting, thanks David, Debbie and Raymond

First time in the store really happy with staff and very helpful knew so much and made it a bit easier to choose a bed which I feel is such a challenage.

David the first salesman was very friendly and appeared to have great knowledge of your products. 2nd salesman cannot remember his name I think it began with G small chap he took the order but went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything
