Dreams at Seafield Road Edinburgh have the most amazing staff , who can't do enough for you , ( particularly Cherell ) she is product knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her , I have already purchased the most Amazing Adj Bed and Tempur mattress from her and now back again to purchase my son a new bed ! Customer Service Excellent

We were promptly approached when we entered the store by David M, he asked what we needed help with without coming on to strong or making us feel pressured. He listed to what we wanted, and when the specific product wasn’t available he was extremely helpful in helping us find a suitable alternative. David was extremely chatty and friendly, as well as having an incredible knowledge about the products, he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without putting any pressure on us.

Godfrey and the store manager were super helpful I always buy from dreams for my hotel beds and have been highly satisfied

The sales assistant was very helpful throughout the shopping trip and as an added bonus we were able to take the mattress home on the day. The mattress itself is proving to be excellent.

From the minute we walked into the store a sales person came over to see if they could help with what we were looking for. We were impressed by her efficiency and knowledge and took us over to the mattress which suited our fit best. We were left alone to look at bed frame options and she kept popping over to check we were okay. Once we had decided on our bed & mattress she was able to advise on delivery & payment options the whole process was done in 15 mins to complete paperwork. Very happy with the service and the level of care taken also the shop was very clean and being sprayed throughout our time in store which made me feel safe!

From the moment we entered the store we were treated with courtesy. Your representative, Cherelle, did an excellent job. She explained the process and was clear in her presentation. She knew when to talk and when to leave us in peace. The whole experience was a real pleasure.
