The gentleman, I think his name was David, was extremely helpful, proficient, efficient and knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. He was attentive without being overpowering and coming on heavy with sales talk. He knew his products also.

Michael the sales advisor was very knowledgeable, he gave us plenty time to decide after extensively finding out our needs and relating the shown products to those.

The assistant, Michael was very efficient , he was friendly, took his time, and paid attention to us as customers adding a more personal touch

We went to Dreams at Seafield, Edinburgh and we were helped by David. David provided excellent customer service and had a great knowledge of all the products. I would highly recommend this service and will be back in the future.

The store was well laid out and welcoming. We engaged with the store manager firstly and then an assistant took over. The service was very informative while being friendly and relaxed. Everything was explained thoroughly without being aggressive or unnecessary. The sleep station was advised and described without any pressure to actually use it. We did in fact use it, and would highly recommend, as it did sway our eventual decision regarding a mattress. I visited with my husband, and my 21 year old son, who was looking for a 4ft bed and mattress. We left after an hour, having thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience and highly satisfied with our purchases. In the main, this was down to the attitude, helpfulness and knowledge of Godfrey who is a great ambassador and very valuable member of staff to have in your store. Thsnk you very much for a wonderful shopping experience.

Met at door by Godfrey very pleasant manner he asked what I was looking for . He explained how it is important it is to choose the correct bed and his knowledge of the whole bed range was excellent . I matched 8 beds after being on the sleep match machine and Godfrey took time to go around every bed with me explained what the mattress was made up from and the amount of springs in each mattress , I bought a mattress from dreams 5 years ago and the service then was good but todays service was exceptional

Customer service in the store was excellent. The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Walked in shop very friendly welcome Godfrey was very understanding of my needs took time with me and his knowledge was first class made my visit worthwhile. My 2nd bed from Dreams and I would go no where else

THE SALESMAN DAVID gave us a nice amount of time to browse around the beds before asking if we needed help. He then did a good job of explaining and guiding us through our needs and how we could test the beds and be measured up by the special machine to get the best fit for a mattress. After looking round on our own this we had some more discussion which also lead to more information on pillows and type of mattresses and mattress protectors etc All in all it was a pleasantly unexpected experience

The staff were informative, helpful and friendly without being pushy. They understood my budgetary constraints immediately and made excellent and appropriate recommendations. Thank you.
