Godfrey was very knowledgable helping us to choose the beds that suited using electronic bed to measure our bodies and sleeping position. He pretty much covered all the questions I had before I even asked. Well done.

I used the test bed to find out what sort of mattress would be most suitable for me and it really helped me narrow down my choices. I didn't go for one on the list, but Godfrey, the assistant helped me find one that I wanted after hearing my responses to the ones I tried on the list. I haven't got the mattress yet, but it is very much what I was looking for. I thought it was a good idea that you can choose a pillow to try the beds with that suits your comfort. I liked the pillow so much that I bought one and I'm sleeping well on it.

I had 1:1 assistance from Godfrey who was attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. He listened carefully to my needs and was very patient and relaxed

We where greeted with a welcome smile on entering store & it only took a short time to complete our order, the sales assistant listened to our requirements.

Got everything that I needed and in a timely manner. I wasn’t hassled, but was given enough information and assistance throughout the visit.

The Dreams store assistant, Godfrey, was absolutely fantastic. He was highly knowledgeable, caring, listened to us, and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice, whilst being respectful of our decisions and not pushy in any way for us to buy a product.
