The reason I gave a "Highly Satisfied" rating for this Dreams store comes down to David, the sales assistant. He was the only one in the store that particular day, and had a few customers to tend to. However, he made sure that nobody was waiting too long whilst simultaneously ensuring that I got the right information and not rushing me. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products you have on sale. His expertise led me to make what I think will be a fantastic mattress. One final note - I almost took a clearance mattress instead of the Flaxby (in the end the Flaxby just felt right, and higher quality). I wasn't concerned about the damage as David had also done a fantastic repair and cleaning job to the point where you could barely notice the spill stain! In the end, the Flaxby mattress won out but you can sleep easy knowing you have a great employee there (pun intended). Thanks again

I visited the shop three times. On each occasion I was served by different members of staff who recognised me from previous visits and understood my needs. They were pleasant and I feel provided a good service - and I am normally quite hard to please!

Gent by the name of Godfry was very warm and welcoming when we entered the shop. He was not pushy and allowed us to take a look around the shop at our own pace. Once we had looked around, we naturally gravitated to Godfry. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the beds that were suitable. Listened to our needs and recommended excellent products that we would never have thought of trying. This was a big purchase for us, so we asked if we could leave and look at some more shops to feel more comfortable with the purchase. He was so professional in letting us leave. We were happy to return to him an hour later after thinking about it; We trusted Godfrys judgement and recommendations. We now have an excellent bed and divan which suits our needs.

The service was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, the sales guy - Micheal - gave us a lot of information, was very helpful and gave us time to decide what we wanted.
