Godfrey, was most helpful and the main reason we are highly satisfied with our Dreams experience.

From the minute we went into the store we were made extremely welcome by Godfrey. He explained in detail the pricing, offering us coffee. As I am walking with two walking sticks immediately showed us the lift if we needed to go upstairs. As he was the only salesman in the store, dealing with another customer, he gave us the opportunity to browse round. He kept coming over to see how we were. After choosing our bed he was so helpful, explaining deliver times, etc. All in all it was a pleasure to shop at dreams. Highly recommend to family and friebds

The reason I gave a "Highly Satisfied" rating for this Dreams store comes down to David, the sales assistant. He was the only one in the store that particular day, and had a few customers to tend to. However, he made sure that nobody was waiting too long whilst simultaneously ensuring that I got the right information and not rushing me. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products you have on sale. His expertise led me to make what I think will be a fantastic mattress. One final note - I almost took a clearance mattress instead of the Flaxby (in the end the Flaxby just felt right, and higher quality). I wasn't concerned about the damage as David had also done a fantastic repair and cleaning job to the point where you could barely notice the spill stain! In the end, the Flaxby mattress won out but you can sleep easy knowing you have a great employee there (pun intended). Thanks again
