David at the Edinburgh seafield store was very helpful in helping us choose new bed & mattress. He helped us choose a new mattress that was best suited to myself and partner & did not rush us. He also advised us on the beds that we could mix and match bases & headboards. He also made the new social distancing procedures easy in the store. Would shop here again

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff made the process of selecting products very straightforward. They were also able to accommodate the very tight timeframe that I required for delivery. I will certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds (and related).

Went in looking for a tv bed which were all lined up together. . Made it easier to choose. . But davuds knowledge on the one we ended up choosing was exceptional. . Didnt feel any pressure to purchase. . We left with measurements and returned a week later to purchase the bed and david remembered us and thanked us for returning.

The service received was excellent. The salesman who served us was very knowledgeable and took time to ensure we were very happy and didnt push us for a decision. The overall experience was great.
