Only because we were unable to find a suitable headboard in your range. We are limited on the height and this precluded most of the choices. Otherwise we would have bought a bed as well as a mattress

The Staff were very efficient and friendly.

6 weeks to receive our order was far longer than expected. We had no choice but to wait but if you needed your bed in an emergency I would not have used Dreams as another company quoted a 2 week wait

Although the store was very clean and tidy it looked a little run down ie- general wear and tear - also outside could do with a paint to match b&q

We were told that the guarantee on a mattress was 5 years. When the paperwork after purchase arrived it was 1 year.

I was only buying a bed for the spare room, can't get overly excited about that

Loyalty discount would have been nice, as this is the 3rd mattress i have purchased from this store.

I was shocked by the price of mattresses now, call me old fashioned! Now that I’m severely disabled with spine degeneration I need a good mattress. I was offered a few to lay on but I didn’t feel right. Then I found the one! Very much looking forward to hopefully getting a full nights sleep and feeling comfortable and cosy.
