The assistance Kerry was one of the best me and my partner have met in our shopping experience. She was knowledgable, attentive, patient, friendly and understood. She makes me want to go back and find something more to buy ha ha. I had originally planned to visit to other bed stores. But because of kerry I wanted to buy at Dreams. Having such a person makes the experience so much more better.

We were greeted by a lovely store manager who gave us all the information we needed. We really enjoyed the bed analysis, it was so useful to be shown beds that fit with our needs straight away. Saved a lot of time.

Excellent customer service and information given re the item and delivery process

The person who served us was friendly, came across as very understanding of our specific needs for a bed, and although not 'pushy' about selling to us, he obviously had an excellent knowledge of his trade and we felt confident to go ahead and order what we chose, having tried out several different beds for comfort.

We were given a “sleep machine” survey which recommended optimum beds to try- I’ve had a hip replacement so this was important. Staff were helpful and made my wife a cup of tea- overall it was a relaxed experience.

The lady that served us was very patient and extremely helpful when I went to your store with my elderly mother who is not only disabled but also has dementia. I couldn’t fault any of the service she provided. Thank you to her as you don’t find this help often.

Excellent knowledge, we like the boimetrics bed that gave us an idea of what to look for in a mattress. Also after years of looking we think we have found the perfect pillow for my husband.
