Friendly knowledgeable staff and a good selection of stock

I WENT TO THE EASTBOURNE STORE ON MON 21/02/22 AND HAD A LOOK AT THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AND MADE GENERAL ENQUIRIES. I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY WITH MY GOOD LADY AND AGAIN HAD A GOOD LOOK AT PRICES AND QUALITY. WE WERE AFTER A NEW MATTRESS,SO WE HAD A GO ON THE BED/MATTRESS ANALYZER WHICH RESULTED IN A CHOICE OF SEVERAL FIRM TO MEDIUM .

The person who assisted us was incredibly helpful and also encouraged our little girl (for whom the matteress was is for) that a new matteress means she should sleep in her own new bed.

We had previously bought a mattress three years ago and were impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable attitude. We were not made to feel pressurised or hurried with our decision.

WE WERE GREETED AND ASSISTED BY A VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL LADY WHO HAVING SHOWN US THE CHOICES OF MATTRESSES WE WER SEEKING LEFT US ALONE TO TRY THE PRODUCTS. ONCE WE HAD MADE OUR CHOICE THE PAPERWORK WAS SIMPLE AND QUICK. A VERY EASY AND SIMPLE EXPERIENCE FOR A TASK THAT WE WERE NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO. WE ARE BOTH ELDERLY AND DISABLED AND BUYING A NEW MATTRESS COULD HAVE BEEN AN ORDEAL FOR US BUT WAS MADE VERY PLEASANT.
