From the time I entered the store I was greeted with a smiling face. After explaining my needs I was helped with competence and experience. At no point did I feel insignificant.

Good helpful service from the assistant. Always available when needed.

I would like to commend John who spent time finding exactly what I wanted, without any pressure. We were offered a drink and the booking and delivery process was explained in detail. Top man.

We were served by John in Eastbourne. He was not at all pushy but just gave us a knowledge and understanding of what we were buying. We had no intention of buying but we bought a mattress for 1799 pounds

From beginning to end we were delighted with the transaction. Just hoping that when the bed arrives we are in the same frame of mind. The choices on offer were a great help in our final decision.

John was the dreams consultant we dealt with, he was highly knowledgeable, calm, patient, friendly and with a pinch of humour, he made our experience very easy and pleasurable. When appropriate another colleague (Anne-Marie) was called on for their personal experience of a product, which helped us make a more educated choice.

The lady that helped us went above and beyond even though it was very busy in the store, and always remained friendly. The overall shopping experience was very pleasant.

I hate shopping but Kerry kept the whole experience bearable. In short it was the staff.
