Dreams - Eastbourne

The advisor was super helpful, we bought a bed 10 years ago and she managed to pull up the name of the mattress we bought previously and advised us the suitable alternative now , advisor recommended we test out on the mattress machine, She spent time and answered all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed and felt at ease whilst choosing and testing the mattresses. Pillows were supplied so we could get a proper idea of what we preferred. Water was offered which was a great touch. Super happy and went on to spend a considerable amount of money.

Because from the time we walked into the store we were given the assistants' undivided attention. She knew her job inside out and at no time put us under pressure to buy a more expensive item, she wanted us to have what suited our needs.

Kerry the sales person was extremely helpful, polite and undrestanding of our requirements.

John at the Eastbourne branch couldn't have been more helpful or attentive, the whole process was quick and totally painless! From sizing us both up on the new sleep tech scanner system which was very impressive to showing us the selected beds to try out John was fantastic. Pricing was good and he took us through the payment and delivery stages effortlessly. I would highly recommend Dreams, especially the Eastbourne Branch!
