I visited only really knowing I probably wanted a medium sprung mattress. The assistant was really cheerful and suggested the sleep match machine, then showed me the suggestions, discussing my preference for mattress composition and feel. She got it spot on, and the very first mattress she showed me saying it was the best was the one I bought.
