When we arrived in store we was asked if we needed any help and advice from that moment Stirling was very helpfull and professional, explained everything we asked and was freindly and polite at all times, not at all a pushy sales man as we had in a previous store.

My purchase was processed by Sterling Hopkins, what a great guy, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy but was there when needed.

We were afforded the most excellent customer care whilst in the store. The Manager abs staff were so knowledgeable about the products on offer and we’re able to recommend a mattress to fit the circumstances. The Manager was also very empathetic to our circumstances and remembered us from buying another mattress in December. I cannot state highly enough, the level of customer care we received.

Sharon was great from greeting us at the entrance to leaving after we purchased our new bed and mattress. She offered us all drinks, talked through the different types of mattress and showed us a range of beds after we had discussed the kind of thing we were looking for.
