Soon as we entered the store the staff where so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away as I suffer from anxiety both where friendly and very helpful we had a good look around and was invited to try the experience of the match matress to your body which was so good !! Really happy with the full experience of entering the store came out and we both felt satisfied aspecially after a perchance and a beautiful cup of tea. Thankyou

From entering the store, we were approached warmly and asked if we needed assistance. After spending some time browsing, Juli came to assist and following some questions, our order was processed. Great service, great team, welcoming and well laid out store. Last two bed purchases have been from Dreams, and my next one will be too. Thank you.

Lovely staff, we were made to feel welcome and didn't feel pressured at all. We felt the advice was informative and answered all of our questions and are looking forward to the delivery of our 2nd bed from Dreams Doncaster store and our 5th mattress.

Wife wanted a new mattress and although the matching experience felt weird it was pretty good from start to finish. Staff offered add ins but did not push them if we said no.
