Very pleasant and competant staff member who took time to explain everything clearly and he had a very good product knowledge. There was no hard sell and we were given time to browse and try the matresses with no pushyness but when we needed help it was instantly available. The range was good and we were able to find what we wanted.

I’ve had a serious motorbike injury and suffer a lot with back and knee pain and got advised to get a new bed. Walked into store and got greeted with a smile from a woman called Chelsea, she was so lovely and helped me and my partner to choose the right bed for my needs but it was just on a professional level it felt like she took care in her customers!! Chelsea was amazing... she was on her own and juggling a few customers at once. This was fine with us as we understand and she delt with everyone amazingly! :) she was very helpful did the sleep test machine on us and this really helped us. She was very patient as we kept changing our minds and decided to spend more!
