Paige and Nina were fantastic, we came in late and they had no problem spending time with us and sorting the finance out, fantastic colleagues who went the extra mile.

We felt like Nina was easy to talk to, wasn’t too pushy and helped answer every question we asked.

We were served straight away by Ellie. We could not go on the bed thing that tells you which mattress is best as it was in use. As we have bought from you before, we discussed our previous purchase and said we wanted a similar quality but a little softer. Ellie showed us the suitable mattresses. We then went on the automated mattress checker and we were shown a list of suitable mattresses. In fact, we had seen one we liked for its comfort and it was on the list! We purchased the mattress and Ellie made us aware of the many extras on offer. We got the delivery date we requested. All good!!!

Paige helped us from start to finish with choosing most suitable bed and pillows . She was professional and knowledgeable. Allowed adequate time to reflect , and hit the right tone each time.

Staff was amazing. Very helpful and very professional. Highly recommended!

Elle was very welcoming, offered us a drink and explained the basics of selecting our bed and saod that if we had any questions she would help as best as she could, we then selected our bed base and she ran us through the order process

Was great the lady was polite and nice listend to what I wanted and showed me the products that would suit me the best.

The store was well laid out it was easy to find what we wanted especially with the help of Nina

The sleep test was great and highlighted quality mattresses. The products were great and the knowledge and guidance provided by the sleep expert ‘Adam’ was excellent
