Adam S really looked after us while visiting the Derby branch, nothing was too much effort even though he was dealing with multiple customers at the same time, he wasn’t pushy at all and had great banter, he catered for all our needs, made the experience personal we will definitely be back when we need a new bed or mattress. All people in customer service should be like Adam, we have already told family and friends about our brilliant experience.
