When we entered the store we were greeted by Adam who explained the social distancing procedures. We picked out two mattresses and asked Adam about the benefits of both. Following his advice we chose the Johnson D mattress. The only thing which surprised me was the £40 charge for removing the old mattress, which I thought was a little high. Apart from that we found everything else to be excellent. Many thanks to Adam.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Adam who explained the social distancing procedures. We picked out two mattresses and asked Adam about the benefits of both. Following his advice we chose the Johnson D mattress. The only thing which surprised me was the £40 charge for removing the old mattress, which I thought was a little high. We visited the Meteor centre branch in Derby. We found the prices to be good, so we were off to a good start. During our visit we were approached by Ellie. Ellie guided us through the Covid routine and discussed what we wanted and how we tended to sleep. She, quite cleverly, repeated back to us her understanding of what we had said. She then pointed us in the mattresses that met our requirements and left us to test. We picked a mattress and Elie then completed the sale which included pillow, protector and insurance. Happy with choice and service.
