The member of staff who served us was very friendly and helpful. Having 3 kids with us wasn’t a problem thanks to her kindness.

Friendly, helpful staff, allowed us to browse at our request then when we required assistance a staff member was readily available. Went through variety of choices and found what we'd like, received the price and we were able to go away for a short while unpressured to have a think about the purchase, came back in and found the same member of staff who picked up our order from where we left off. Very professional.

We arrived shortly after opening so we’re offered help immediately by Ellie. Later on the store was busy so we may have needed to wait. Ellie was friendly and helpful followed Covid guidelines, asked about our budget and while I understand training in sales techniques means you will be directed to the best quality products first her up selling was not pushy when she offered add on items. There is a month delay for delivery so not perfect but not too bad

Staff approached us and we were unsure of what mattress we wanted so she explained we could be tested on the most appropriate mattress to us. We were tested then we tried a few mattresses. Nothing was too much for them

Nina at the Derby store was really friendly and knowledgeable. The sleepmatch service was unexpected and a great service. We were impressed with the pillows used to try the beds and ended up buying a pair. As a family of 4 we were all offered a drink which kept the children happy whilst shopping. We felt safe with social distancing measures in place.
